Alex attended Virginia Commonwealth University with a double major in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. Alex enjoys the unique opportunity of growth and developing his professional skills at Threshold. Maddie is originally from Durango, Colorado, and moved to Virginia in the summer of 2020 to pursue her passions and get her career started. She signed her paperwork at Threshold hours after driving 30 hours across the country and hasn’t looked back since. Enthusiastic, motivated Richmond native that received two degrees from the University of Radford in Economics and Management. Always determined and wanting to see what life brings next. In his free time, Travis enjoys lifting, hiking, spending time with friends and family. and getting out and exploring. Provided that he has had some obstacles in life, he has overcome them and is ready and willing to do anything it takes to succeed!

Josue Candelaria was born and raised in Midlothian, VA to first-generation Hispanic-Americans. During his childhood, Josue saw his family expand their business and serve the community around him through outreach service. Attending Midlothian High School, Josue participated in many leadership and academic roles, namely being Class Vice President. He then attended Virginia Commonwealth University working to major in Political Science and English, while minoring in Spanish and Business Administration. Outside of his professional life, Josue enjoys playing music: playing the guitar, piano, bass, and singing. 

Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Elena attended Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in both German and international studies. She began her journey in this organization at Threshold Marketing down in Richmond and is part of the original expansion team, who has helped set the standard here at Threshold Marketing.
